Kathryn Lenhardt
Kathryn Lenhardt is the owner and founder of First Impressions Staging + Design. For over 18 years, Kathryn was a realtor, working for Coldwell Banker as a Relocation Account Manager and an REO Asset Specialist. She also became an Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®). After many years in the real estate industry, she found a passion for home staging and design.
Kathryn utilized her real estate experience and eye for design to become a True Color Expert and a Certified Staging Design Professional, all while establishing a successful staging business.
While she loves real estate and design, her true passion is her family. In Kathryn's free time, you will find her spending her days with her children and five grandchildren!

Taryn Deiters
Taryn graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and a minor in Architectural Studies. Her background in customer service, operations, business development, sales, and marketing has contributed to her success in staging and building long- term client relationships.
Changing spaces to improve people's’ lives is a deep passion of Taryn's. Her career is much more than a job, it’s her joy! For the past six years she has worked closely with sellers and brokers throughout the Puget Sound region, transforming and preparing hundreds of properties for sale, and she looks forward to doing hundreds more!
As much as she loves designing, it’s not the only joy in her life .Taryn is married to her best friend, Josh, is a dog mom to her puppy Winston, and has two young children! Life just keeps getting better!

Felecia Gussman
Felecia holds over 12 years of business management experience, which she earned through various Executive Management positions within the Food & Hospitality field and Marine Corps Community Services. Her skill set includes business development, financial analysis, communication, information technology, problem-solving, and creativity, which allows her to run the "behind the scenes" of First Impressions smoothly!
Felecia loves her role with First Impressions, but she also loves being a military wife. She has been married for ten years and is a dog mom to Henry and Kita!
