CEO | Certified Staging Design Professional
Kathryn Lenhardt is the owner and founder of First Impressions Staging + Design. For over 18 years, Kathryn was a realtor, working for Coldwell Banker as a Relocation Account Manager and an REO Asset Specialist. She also became an Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®). After many years in the real estate industry, she found a passion for home staging and design.
Kathryn utilized her real estate experience and eye for design to become a True Color Expert and a Certified Staging Design Professional, all while establishing a successful staging business.
While she loves real estate and design, her true passion is her family. In Kathryn's free time, you will find her spending her days with her children and five grandchildren!

Angela Anania
Lead Home Stager
With a lifelong foundation in creative industries, Angela brings a thoughtful, detail-driven eye and a client-first mindset to every staging project. Her career began in the beauty industry, where she developed a deep appreciation for presentation, precision, and the impact of a strong first impression. That experience shaped the way she sees spaces today—understanding how small details can completely transform how something is perceived.
From there, she moved into personal assisting, where she refined her organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to anticipate client needs. Working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments taught Angela how to deliver a seamless, elevated experience.
What began as a passion for helping friends style their homes quickly grew into a career in home staging—where creativity, strategy, and real estate come together. Today, each space is approached with both design intuition and market awareness, creating environments that feel elevated, approachable, and easy for buyers to connect with.
With a strong focus on clear communication and thoughtful detail, every project is designed to feel cohesive, polished, and aligned with the home’s full potential.

Felecia Gussman
Administrative Coordinator | Certified E-Design Professional
Felecia holds over 15 years of business management experience, which she earned through various Executive Management positions within the Food & Hospitality field and Marine Corps Community Services. Her skill set includes business development, financial analysis, communication, information technology, problem-solving, and creativity, which allows her to run the "behind the scenes" of First Impressions smoothly!
Felecia has always had an eye for design, and since starting her position with First Impressions, she has been able to develop her interior design skills further. Through her own disability, she has specialized in accessible design, leveraging her interior design training to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional for everyone.
Felecia loves her role with First Impressions but also loves being a military wife. She has been married for thirteen years and is a dog mom to Henry and Kita!
